It's Alive!

     I suppose that's a good title for Halloween. Rocky is finally mechanically complete. The shocks are a bit too soft (I think the gas springs are leaking and decompressing over time) so I'm probably going to replace those, but the structure, drive trains, and suspension all work. The embedded control and power systems are all assembled and running quite nicely. I'm finishing up the wiring now, connecting the motors and sensors, and hopefully I'll be doing position control in the next 2-3 weeks.


     With any luck, I'll have data to show very soon.
